⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾ General Information ☾ ⋆⁺₊⋆

✦ Commissions are usually completed within 1–3 weeks depending on my workload. 🌙✨
✦ I work on commissions in queue order, so thank you for your patience! 🌱 ₊˚✧
✦ Each finished commission includes two 420dpi PNG files sent by email, one with background and other with transparent background.
✦ Urgent commissions with a short deadline will include a +25% fee of the final price. ⭐
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I feel unable or uncomfortable drawing it.

⋆˚₊☽ Commission Process ☽ ₊˚⋆

After receiving your commission request, we discuss what commission you would like to get. If i can draw it for you, I will add you to queue and wait until your turn to do the following:1) I will send you a PayPal invoice when I am ready to start working on your commission (no payment will be asked until I get to your commission request in queue).2) Then I will work on the sketch and come back to you to show it.3) Once you receive it, we can agree on as many changes as needed.4) Once the sketch is approved, I will work on the lineart and come back to you to show it aswell, again, we can agree on as many changes as needed.Once the lineart is approved, I won´t be sending any updates until I finish the drawing for you. From this point onward, only minor changes (ex. colors, skintone, small accessories, etc) can be requested.

Steps 3 and 4 can be skipped if you prefer fewer updates — we can approve the sketch and I’ll return with the final preview. 🌸✨I will send a final preview. If there is nothing I need to change or add, the final high-resolution files will be sent to your email 💌

˚⟡˖ ࣪ Revision Policy ࣪ ˖⟡˚

✦ During sketch and lineart stages, there is no limit on revisions. I will happily adjust things via DM!
✦ Once lineart is approved, only minor edits (colors, skintone, small accessories, etc.) are allowed.
✦ Major changes after this stage will not be accepted.

₊˚⊹♡ What I Can Draw ♡⊹˚₊

✦ Backgrounds: please keep in mind I DO NOT draw backgrounds, I will either do a simple background (solid/gradient colors), use a very blurred landscape image if requested, or soft blurry color strokes to give a sense of depth.

⊹₊˚ Payment & Refunds ˚₊⊹

✦ Payment is upfront via PayPal.
✦ Full payment is required before starting.
✦ Refunds are not offered once work has started, regardless of the stage of the commission.
✦ Full refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission.
✦ If a character design is very complex, an additional fee may apply depending on the level of detail.

⊹₊˚ Usage Rights ˚₊⊹

✦ NFT, AI training, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.✦ Commissions cannot be used to promote hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities.✦ The artwork may only be used by the customer or people they personally allow.✦ Any personal / non-profit use is allowed, such as: printing for yourself, making a personal keychain (not for sale), using it on social media icon/banners, repost.✦ Credit is not needed but very appreciated. Fake crediting is not allowed.✦ I may post the artwork on my social media unless you request the commission to remain private.
